Missed what was said. I assume it was deleted and don’t need a recap.

I will say the tendency to attribute all trolling to Pike on BDC was probably a bit hasty and presumptuous. Sure it could have always been him, but there is whole world full of whack jobs out there...

This wasn't Pike, assuming Pike is a former BDC person. This guy has been spamming the site with accusations about another poster for years before BDC people started coming here. He creates accounts and posts for months, sometimes a year, completely normally and then suddenly goes off. It's very bizarre.

Oh, that guy. Yep, best to move on.

He said that it was "his thing" to do the ellipses at the end of posts and was made at you for stealing his gimmick.

Then death is too good for him...

Over the years I have watched slush puppy accuse at least a dozen or more different posters of being me.

Too funny, dude probably walks around with a tin foil hat on.

i always find you out though...dont i?

how many times have iterations of you been banned on both sites? i would set the over/under at 52.

Anyone that gets banned and has to slink back under a pseudonym is just not worth anyone's time. If you've ever been banned, you should just go away.

Too funny, he's been wrong more times than he has been right.

I was spot on with the tin foil hat. It's comical to watch when he swears up and down that another poster is me, and YOTN could easily confirm that it's not.

Sad little fool.

Sorry, but judging from the racist

Avatar comparing Papi to the caricature of the prototypical large African-American woman from 'Good Times,' in the 70's, does it really matter?

It might as well be Pike, who is a well known race-baiter.

It's what he does. He likes to call everyone a racist, when he clearly is a racist.

Sorry! I digress & will leave it alone for Youk to deal with.

Umm, exactly how is it racist to compare two people of the same race who look alike??!!

Exactly when did I accuse anyone of being a racist?

And what did I post that makes me racist?

Oh, is she Dominican?

Or, do "they" just all look alike to you.

Men? Women? Doesn't matter.

They ALL look alike to you?

Enough said. Be ignorant if you like.

Play Pike if you like.

Don't know you, but it sure looks Pikish to me.

No, "they" all don't look alike to me.

Are you going to deny that papi and Esther Rolle don't look alike in those pics?

And you are correct, *******, you don't know me. I am certainly not a racist nor am I pike.

Why not try to keep to the topic, which is baseball?

If not, then I apologize.

I can honestly say that it does seem disrespectful to me, as Esther Rolle was a fantastic actress.

I've seen someone else use that year ago, and their intention were not pure at all.

If you meant no disrespect, I hear that. I don't like it, but it's not for me to judge.

Well, today’s game certainly allayed my fears about a slow start to the season. Oh, the Sox lost of course. That was almost a given. But I loved our enthusiasm for going for that extra base in the 9th and the complete avoidance of a collision in right center field in the 4th inning. With that combo of zest and just plain smart baseball, the Sox are going to win their share of games.

Well, your 5-6 prediction for the first 11 games may prove to have been more optimistic rather than pessimistic (as you were charged). I hope upon return home, the weather will be warm enough to ignite a little winning streak. And meanwhile, AZ is, at least, less of a challenge, so your forecast may end up right on the money.

I think I’d settle for some fundamentals at this point....

Another tough game with E-Rod not pitching well. A little stirring in the hitting area, with Swihart getting a pinch hit. Lets hope some of the guys start to figure things out. Better starting pitching, better defense and more consistent hitting. Otherwise, all areas of play need improvement and probably will, but we are digging a hole now.

You love it despite it being remarkably stupid and ignoring basic fundamentals and strategy?

Or did you love it because the Sox really hadn't learned enough yet about Laureano's arm strength and accuracy?

I think Max was being sarcastic with that one and the fiasco in the outfield.

I laid it on so thick I was sure no one would miss my real intent. Right now the Sox stink.

The problem was, when I read it I had Mac saying it on a Zoloft voice, and no one sounds sarcastic in a Zoloft voice...

The sox do stink right now. The lack of fundamentals is really intriguing for a squad that should be good. This isn't a lack of talent, it is a lack of focus, and it is pervasive

Bottom line is offense spotted E Rod for 3 runs and he couldn't hold it.

Our starters are getting hit HARD. Everything else is irrelevant.

Let's look at the 5% problem in depth and ignore the elephant in the room.
