While this might sound absurd, we have a better shot at Carrasco than we have had the last two nights. His sequencing will be more to our liking even if he is "on". Hopefully this game goes our way at least at the plate. Whether BJ can control their lineup could be another story. But I think we will do better against Carrasco than we have the last two games. Then again, that would not be that much of a prediction given the other two results are already in the books.

This isn't going to make me any friends, which I'm used to, but if I was forced at gunpoint to pick the team in the AL that will end up going to the WS, it would be......

......wait for it............the F'ing Guardians. My heart wants the SOX to win it all, of course, but in the playoffs it's usually the team with the best combo of starters and BP that goes the furthest. Of course, key injuries could make this forced prediction null and void. A healthy Andrew Miller in the tribe's BP is a big plus for that team. The SOX have nothing close to a Miller.

I love this team, also. Who knows, maybe our BP will finish strong and Sale, Price, E-rod, and POR will be at the top of their game come October. I f'ing hope so.
