I'm sure some stat geek will find one someplace.

His arm is erratic, you know.

Buxton, Inciarte, Herrera, Hamilton. I didn't know there were that many great defensive players in CF.

It'd be Christmas in July if Price has figured his s*** out. Please let it be so. It would be just dandy if Price could dominate, have a great playoff run, win back the media, and have fun. Oh what a summer that would be...

I know Price is hated by most fans because the money he makes and his race. but he's been good of late.

Wow, my respect for you just went from decent to non existent with your race comment. I have yet to see a comment about Price and his Red Sox career having anything to do with his race.

F off with that bull crap.

Well that was quite a series to start things off after the break. Great pitching.

Pitching was fantastic!!

Get a little O and we might be okay

I feel like a complete ass of a fan right now. The pitching has been incredible this series; even from our pitchers that have a race with a traditionally underrepresented minority background (that's for you Stephencurry 30; dick) but i have had little confindence in our offense right now.

I am loving the pitching right now but am hating on the hitting...

I'm not sure the Avatar gives you a lot of standing for lecturing others on racism.

I don't think "most" Sox fans hate Price. I think "most" Sox fans just want him to pitch better. I'm not sure "most" Sox fans even care about his contract.

I'm not sure a discussion on Boston's history with race is all that pertinent to the current Sox team, so I think it's best if we don't continue down that rabbit hole.

Price has been pitching like an ace in his last 5 starts, and what is more encouraging is that he is pitching each time better.

Sale

Price

Pomeranz

Rodriguez

Porcello

Your rotation gentlemen.

Holy s***. this whole telecast has been nothing but Aaron Judge. Jesus Christ shut the f*** up. HE'S REALLY GOOD WE GET IT.

I don't see them doing this with Trout or Kershaw.

Yes, it was rather nauseating how they went on and on about him.

Yup, to air the interview, while the next inning had started was ridiculous.

But, that's ESPN for you. Can't let the game interfere with the hype.

Our pitching was excellent in that series, especially considering how potent the Yankees line up is. Price deserves a big tip of the cap. That was a true ace performance when one was 'desperately' needed. He was a stopper after 2 frustrating losses and he spared the bullpen.

His reaction to Jackie's catch was 'price'less.

That win really helped take the sour taste out of my mouth.

Porcello has not been the pitcher that he was last season, which I don't think anyone thought he would be, but he has really gotten short changed by our offense.

No kidding. Did they not realize there was a game going on?

Do they not realize there was a second team playing in that game?

Bradley's catch offset Holliday's HR

Yup. Someone once posted, if you're only going to win one game of the series (or split), it's best to win the last game. After suffering through two frustrating losses then winning last night's game, I completely agree with that statement.

Price has not been the target of much criticism by the Press or the fans. He has not been booed at Fenway. Most people were just fine with 18 wins 200+ strikeouts and 200+ innings. That is a good solid season. Most of the negativity around Price has been initiated by him. Big contracts are no longer shocking and most fans don't care. I also don't think that the racism issue in Boston is really an issue for the professional athletes in Boston.

Looks like the rotation is:

Pomeranz

Sale

Porcello

Price

Rodriguez

The entire rotation has had some fantastic games lately, particullarly Price and Porcello.

Rodriguez needs to keep it going.

Even Yankees fans are saying that they went way overboard with the Judge love affair.

The rotation is indeed looking solid. No complaints on that end.
