It might be the Arizona bullpen, but I have absolutely no faith in this offense.

Yup, very happy about Gardner's AB, just hitting a grounder to second in that spot. It's what they haven't been able to do all year.

Cervelli can't touch a guy like that. The bunt was the right call, yet Joe, who loves the bunt, lets Cervelli swing. You can't make some of this stuff up.

Last night was a good example of why Mo is the greatest reliever of all time, he's 40 years old, throws 40 pitches; loads the bases with no outs. Then gets a Pop Up, Pop Up, Strike Out. Truely Amazing

I honestly can't imagine a worse manager than Joe Girardi. How many times does he have to see Park struggle in his second inning of work before he starts only pitching him one inning.

Yeah, because the Dodgers lineup is chock-full of terrible hitters. I mean, it's embarassing for Burnett to be pitching the way he has the last four or five starts, but I don't think it's any worse because it's the Dodgers. It's not like he got pulled in the fourth inning against the Orioles or the Pirates.

I think it was the Os'. That's the thing about Burnett, though. It isnt about the team he is facing, ever. When he actually locates, nobody touches him. But his 2 seamer is running down the middle, his breaking pitches are either hanging or bouncing and his composure has been suck. He needs to pick it up

Burnett is way too much of a streaky pitcher, when he's good he's great, when he's bad he's horrible.

AJ has lost five straight starts now and seen his ERA balloon from 3.28 on May 30 to 5.25 on Saturday

I forsee some practice on the fundamentals of fielding bunts for the Yankees in the near future.

Nothing new for Andy, fielding has always been an issue for him. The biggest play of this game is likely going to be his decision to throw to third, instead of to first. With the pitcher up, you get the sure out, and you get out of the inning only down a run. Unfortunately Andy chose to go to third, and it has opened the floodgates.
