I saw an article with some good things to say about Frazier, I hope he comes back soon. He needs to be ready for the next Hicks injury, I know I'm being pessimistic, but unles Hicks starts showing some durability he will be injury prone in my book
I'm a little concerned about this, chances are he might be exposed if he keeps swinging like that. The reason those hitters are so rare is because the pitchers can attack them with pitches which are out of the zone and they normally will chase them, basically they make for themselves a bigger "strike zone"
Stupidity is the only explanation
I guess Cashman wanted a "yes man" on the job, now is coming back and biting us in the rear end. I understand he wanted a new face in command with all the young guys, but why Boone? he didn't have any previous coaching experience. If not Girardi, why not pick Pedrique (former Scranton manager)?
Finally some good news on the injury front:

Bird might come back soon
Time to perform, but the team has to play better, there's a lot of talent in the ML right now, not all the time we''ll hit a Judge or Sanches which were productive very soon, some growing pains are expected with some of the guys
I agree with you, Stanton has been in the league for 7 seasons, he will be ok. He should be moved a little in the order, but not all the way to 7th in the order, maybe move up Didi and Gary then Stanton in the 5th hole
