Good points, bottom line you have to play him, but you need to find him a position first, if he's somehow average or a little bellow average with the bat he must be an above average defender, if not he's just a journeyman like many in the ML. If he can play an adequate catcher, then he's worth a lot.

I have the feeling Cessa is a minor tweak away to become a very good ML pitcher, top 90's FB and a plus curve. I really think he will end up in the rotation probably this year.
