  1. Maybe? Weissert's been decent. The pen overall has been good. The only guy struggling was Criswell.
  2. Crochet plus this lineup must be an almost guaranteed win.
  3. It won't be "good" until July.
  4. I think Newcomb goes to the pen. Stock gets DFA'd. Slaten could also get optioned to AAA as he hasn't looked very good early on. Maybe he needs something tweaked.
  5. Maddux nibbled so much that he could barely get out of the 7th inning most time! Give me a real man like Rube Waddell who would only leave a game early if a firetruck ran by or if he had to go out fishing.
  6. Buehler has instilled less confidence in me than any other starter, but I think Newcomb is the first guy ousted from the rotation.
  7. Fitts doesn't generate a lot of in zone whiffs so he relies on hitters chasing out of the zone. That's why patient hitters can get him nibbling an 0-2 count to a 3-2 count.
  8. 2 G, 2 QS... That's good enough for me!
  9. If he's mediocre, he stays. If he's bad, he's gone. If he's great, he's gone.
  10. Baseball is so back!
  11. Sabol is apparently not a great catcher, so I'm not looking forward to this.
  12. I think that's about what he pitched last time? 50/3 IP was the first time out goal for him and Bello. At some point, it needs to get cranked up a little higher as there is a deadline for how long they can stay rehabbing in AAA.
  13. There are a lot of reasons that rich people get things swept under the rug! Dodgers aren't losing money and Ohtani is going to help that train keep moving for a few more years.
  14. On Sox newest prospect, I'd put Yophery Rodriguez behind Jhostynxon Garcia and ahead of Miguel Bleis (if using SP's ranking) at 15.

  16. I think that contract makes a lot more sense when you factor in being able to market the face of MLB in one of the biggest media markets in the world.
