    Hanley needs at least another full season at Pawtucket. I'd prefer to see Hanley play CF in the majors so Pedrioa can play 2nd.

    Please refer to this on July 31st, cause this is the only roster that makes sense. The only thing I'd do differently is trade Shoppach (keeping Bill Mueller), and maybe a low level prospect for a middle reliever

    No, our 1st baseman is Millar, it has been and should be through the entire season. Olerud is an older guy, and probably couldn't play everyday. And would these BENCH BELLHORN, and TRADE MILLAR guys shut up, were 2 games up in the WC so calm down.

    Youkillis can't play 2nd, they tried him there and he was horrible. I'm sorry to tell you but this team's problem isn't scoring runs. Bellhorn is a 9 hole hitter, he does what 9 hole hitters do, he plays very good defense.

    Actually that's 6.5 out, and I don't know how long your going to say their going to stay in the race. Your team is old, has no chemistry, and inconsistent starting pitching. You have zero help on the way. The Yankees aren't dead, but they will struggle to win the Wild Card. I don't know if they can, but they do have a shot.

    The Cubs could easily outbid the Yankees in terms of prospects.

    Really? He's 2nd in FP for AL 2nd basemen, and also turns a great double play. Besides who else is there? Ramon Vazquez? Youkillis can't play 2nd, Mueller can't because of his knees, and Pedrioa doesn't need to be rushed. Remember, offense isn't the problem with this team, it's the bullpen.

    WEEI's own Dale Arnold (voice of the Bruins) talked about the intellegence of Yankee fans on his show "Dale and Holley" he said they sounded like wack jobs as he read aloud some of the comments made on yesterday's Yankee game. Funny s***.

    No, don't trade Payton, I don't care if he is unhappy, he isn't a cancer. Payton is an extremly valuable player, because Damon, Trot, or Manny could go down at any moment. BTW Adam Stern would probably get the call before Ambres. Then again there was probably a reason Chip was a 1st round pick.

    Brad Lidge the 2nd is in our hands, so I think we should get him signed.

    They were talking to Paplebon on Dennis & Callahan, and were asking who would be the first player from the Sea Dogs to make it to the bigs. According to Pap, Theo was at the game, probably scouting him and Pedoria. I'll bet you if Papelbon has a good start, he'll be the next one to get the call, same with Lester.

    According to WEEI Pedoria is now with the PawSox and will start tonight. BTW, Mark Bellhorn isn't the problem with this team, we lead the league in runs. Unless Pedoria can pitch, he doesn't need to be in Boston.
