  1. I have Wake -150 that pays out 50.00/33.33. I also have IU -1 /Iowa -6 that pays out 25.00/65.00
  2. 72's a lot, but unless OSU shuts down Houston, this one is going over 80.
  3. Yeah, but Man U is still extremely talented. Tottenham is second-tier.
  4. How? Chelsea had the ball in their goal area for the last 12 minutes.
  5. If you are going to use UZR, why don't we look at Green's negative UZR numbers in 2009?
  6. A lot worse? Gonzalez was barely above replacement level. Lugo was about as bad.
  7. There is no nice way to put this, but the Red Sox defense has been atrocious this year. They rank 29th in DER. No team ranked that badly has ever managed to win the World Series. They have been very lucky that Lester has decided to K every batter that he faces, otherwise the holes would be a lot more apparent, Looking at Smoltz .390 BABIP, along with Penny's .326 BABIP, maybe they are still in Boston if the defense is as good as it was last year? The numbers are troubling: UZR Ellsbury - (-)14.5, probably due to his belief that running the other way when the ball is hit is the best way to catch it. Lowell - (-)11.4, he's hasn't been improving, he's merely slowed the rate of regression. Bay - (-)17.1 Youkilis 3B - (-)4.0 They don't have Varitek, but the fact that he's caught 13.6% (????) of all SBA's makes me believe that he has at least cost them ten runs. Counting the other negative contributions from Green, and Lugo. The Red Sox have lost about five or six wins, solely due to the defense. Whatever happens this year, the Red Sox need to overhaul their defense.
  8. I'm not impressed with the Yankee pitching staff. Too bad the Red Sox have such a soft defense, otherwise I'd pick them as favorites over NYY.
  9. Check out the Book Thread, or your other numerous other failed attempts to intervene while lobbing insults at the other person. You have cabin fever, which is causing you to delude yourself massively.
  10. Yeah, from me. I've done nothing remotely close to the habitual attempts by you to intervene and escalate s***.
  11. JHB looks really bad in that thread.
  12. I believe there were accusations of a conspiracy.
  13. Still delayed.
  14. http://www.weather.com/weather/map/interactive/USMA0046?from=36hr_topnav_undeclared lol no way. Won't happen tonight.
  15. Lester won't come back out, so let's call this one tonight.
  16. This is getting called? If it is, then the Red Sox were irresponsible for starting this one.
  17. Yep. Very good pick.
  18. I think so, but he probably was on the stuff long before that.
  19. No, his 2005 year was still substantially better.
  20. 129 ERA+ with Houston 114 ERA+ with New York
  21. Yeah, but his 2004 season still was one of the best years he ever had. Going by ERA+, it was his third best. His prime years were in Arizona, where he finished with a 148 ERA+, he bested that in 2004.
  22. Schilling 2004 numbers surpassed his career numbers by a pretty sizable margin.
