Will is still whining about the Toro call on the radio.

Do you agree it was a bad call?  I don't.

The Sox have allowed over 50 unearned runs so far this season, which is the most in MLB.

It only took 10 minutes from when you posted this for it to go up to 53 unearned runs, lol.

I think it was a bad call, but not to the point where Will should be talking about it innings later. 😎

I do.  The dirt means nothing for a runner; you establish your own base path.  Toro was running straight about 1 foot on the foul grass.  He gets 3 feet either side of that when a play is being made.  He was not (IMO) outside that 3 foot area.

Sox pathetic D has made the question moot.

“How are you feeling about the bullpen today?”

Pretty bad.  That error by Gonzalez was nevertheless a hard hit ball.

Why was it bad?  I thought the Toro was way out of the basepath.

The only thing worse than the Sox defense is the idiot who programmed this game thread. It's an embarrassment. I'd rather walk through a mine field

To make matters worse, the Sox are now making a big deal about the call being confirmed.

Duran is the one to trade.

OMG Will was losing his mind about Duran being safe.

Is that the TV or radio crew?

Base running is challenging the defense regarding which is worse.

The Toro play I didn’t mind.  Ray is a tough guy to score on and it took 2 good throws to get him.

The Gonzalez pick off, ,meh.  All it meant was Duran got to lead off, where upon he made his boneheaded play.

Meh.  Not when the guys at Hqs confirm it.  Moreover, Duran is stupid.

I don’t blame the 2nd base ump.  I thought he was out watching it live and Duran got back only because he didn’t trim his fingernails today.  The replay guy’s a different story.

The amount of errors, poor fundamentals and terrible base-running has to be addressed ASAP.  Enough is enough. I don’t care who has to go. This is getting ridiculous.

Duran beat the throw by plenty so it wasn't a bad decision to go for 2. Just a bad overslide.

To beat the throw he had to overslide.

Agree the errors killed us, but he bullpen today has been awful.
