They're only 1 game back in the loss column behind the sox.

3 less wins

-27 differential

xW/L of 11-17

5-10 Away

95 Runs is third lowest in AL (tied with White Sox)

29th in HR

28th in BB%

29th in ISO

29th in HR/9 (pitchers)

2 less games played

2 less games played and still more losses than the Sox.

Arguably a MUCH worse team.

Sox 533 win % (86 win pace)

TOR 464 win % (75 win pace)

LF Duran
DH Devers
3B Bregman
SS Story
RF Abreu
2B Campbell
1B Casas
CF Rafaela
C Narváez

Until Casas really gets going, this should be the lineup.

Which all adds up to one game back in the loss column behind the sox.

So , you are saying the Jays have a chance ?      The reality is that the Red Sox Ace , Mr. Crochet, a truly excellent pitcher  ( 1.95 ERA) has a W-L record  2-2, , while the team is  2 over .500 after 30 games .  Crochet has not received the support from the hitting/fielding side of the roster  .

The Small Sample Size  in stat analyses should be over in a couple days when 20% of the season is used up.

Sox need to take 2 of 3 vs Toronto, especially Crochet's effort tonight

With Bregman's long fly into LF stands, 66.6% of Sox hitters have homered. Devers hit his pitch hard but at the SS.

What's wrong with the Orioles? Losing 9-0 against the Yankees in the fourth. Ugh They did win yesterday so that's a plus.

Darn, Sox batters--- nothing but solo HR's.   Don't they know this game could be tied if  Crochet issues 3 consecutive walks and an HR ?

Let's go back to 3 run jacks.

We have 3 players hitting over .900 OPS, most in AL East (not counting Refsnyder)

Bregman, Abreu, Campbell

How bad is BAL? They are being no hit and outscored 9-0 by the Yanks.

I'm all for it if it means some of their bullpen arms are available in July!

Please give Anthony a 1st baseman's glove.

Only if we trade Casas for Jared Jones, my favorite Pirate

No reason to throw anything but high fastballs to Devers.

True, but the ball he launched earlier sevrtal decks up may have been a little high. The one Duran hit was up too.

No, the one Devers hit was low. He can't catch up to high fastballs.
