Sox getting new city connects in 2025, keeping the yellow jerseys anyway

I found this interesting. What are your thoughts on the yellow and blue jerseys? Because the Sox are keeping them around in 2025 as an official variant and they're getting new city connects.

They are fine. I would never buy one. I would never buy the hat. I'm not a fan of man of the City Connects to begin with. I worry that the next variant would be something worse.

Personally, I'd just bring back the red jerseys OR go with a 1975 alternate pullover jersey and hat since it will be the 50th anniversary.

I like a lot of the city connect jerseys.  But I hate those jaundiced abominations.

I'm surprised the yellow jerseys are as popular as they seem to be.  I fail to see any visual appeal whatsoever.  They'd look better on a Swedish national team.

But there's not much use complaining about it.  There are bigger issues in the world.

The best thing I can say about the Red Sox city connects is that I like the Kyle Teal caps.

But the shirts don't come close to passing the hangover test: as in, if I was still young and dumb on weekends (now I'm just old and dumber), no way my eyes and head could handle an up-close assault by bright yellow jerseys that have absolutely nothing to do with red socks or their traditional darker contrasting garments.

I agree, I think they're awful.

I like the old school uni's the best. I'm a traditionalist.

I kinda assumed the majority of people hated these uniforms.
