I would be glad if somehow Nick could get 6 innings with only 1 HR allowed.

I do think the Sox are going to hit a ton tonight, 12-15 runs

so true. and it's like that all the way down to A ball for both clubs.

Duran has had a fantastic season.

When he makes an out while batting with 2 strikes, it is consistently by chasing low pitches out of the zone.

The half inning should have ended scoreless after the fifth pitch to Abreu:

no kidding. that umpire should be canned. absolutely brutal. Mariner's manager needs to get ejected or the catcher needs to suddenly miss a pitch

Not sure why Wong thought it necessary to steal 3rd with a 7-0 lead and 2 outs. I guess it looked available, he got the base but failed to hold on.

Vegas, you could have made a killing on Draft Kings.

Had it figured out. But Nick now gave up back to backs, so that's 2 HRs. One more and his Quality Start stat is down the drain

Btw, chUMPS missing a call is so very rare in MLB. It's never happened to a SOX pitcher.

that missed call tonight totally destroyed the entire game. 7 runs in that inning AFTER it should have been over

Can Yoshida do enough to get out of our doghouse?

He's trying hard and has been much improved. I do think the sore thumb gave him a lot of problem when he returned from IL.

Concerned that the same will be true for Casas for awhile when he returns. Dom Smith has been a serviceable replacement .
