Edit - Got an idea for the 7th and 8th. Smith comes in and throws 3 batters. The he and Romy swap positions and Romy faces 3 batters. Then they swap positions again. Rinse snd repeat.

The only guy I've ever seen who could pitch and catch his own pitches was Bugs Bunny. But he was much quicker on his feet than McGuire.
