The Sox have not been playing very well, but the Yankees are in free-fall. Looks like they have quit on the season and are packing it in. Even Aaron Judge is quoted as saying, " We have not been showing up. " Advantage : Red Sox. No reason not to take all three games in the boogie down this weekend.

I don't care which teams we play either but I do care that MLB.com cheats its subscribers with games moved to AppleTv and peacock. We even get AppleTv BUT to see a game there you must subscribe to AppleTv+ for another $6/mo. The extremely large area blackouts . No wonder MLB hires guys like Angel Hernandez, no clue whatsoever.

He gets both Judge and Stanton to K, but throws more pitches than Brito in 1st. BP getting nervous already but the shutout remains intact

We even get AppleTv BUT to see a game there you must subscribe to AppleTv+ for another $6/mo. The extremely large area blackouts . Sunday's game is being televised by Amazon Prime, but it will also be available on NESN and MLB. Why Apple+ and Peacock have exclusivity I don't understand. Of course, it involves more money.

We all know Turner is a good ballplayer, but he appears to be an even better human being.

Bello was much more efficient in 2nd but is on pace for 5 , maybe 5+ innings which has the BP in a total tizzy as to who gets the dreaded call.

Stanton is a contractual albatross around the Yankees neck for those 4 years. A low .724 OPS and only 45 rbi's to date. Also much injury prone. Casas is a far better asset in all respects.

Good point. He's probably the biggest Albatross in MLB. This Yankem team will, imho, be mediocre for a long time. Never thought I would ever post that. I just hope I'm right.

Story is just a hell of a good athlete. He's A+ defensively, whether it's 2nd base or SS. He would probably be an outstanding defensive OF also.

Based on this AL rookie crop, I would think Bibee from Cleveland with a 9-2 W/L and an under 3 ERA would be the front runner at this point in the season.

He also averages @ 6 innings per start.
