It was a strike and having VAZ steal with Dulbec at the plate is insanity.

Send your catcher to steal 2nd in the 9th after working the full game, when it was possible ( unlikely) that Dalbec may have walked. Getting a hit wouldn't have mattered because Vasquez would be sliding into second
