The way Duran and Munoz were talked about is that they were doing well in the minors, so why not give them a try instead of guys like Cordero, Gonzalez and Santana, all of whom were struggling mightily at the time. You have a tendency to mischaracterize what had been said for purposes know only to yourself.

Cora has a terrible predicament, with so many players either hurt or on the Covid 19 list. The pitching is decimated and it will be very difficult for the team to play competitively in games. The best we can hope for is return of our Covid players by Sept 10th and to limp by until then.
