Don't be so sure about that. They grind teams to dust and the Yanks are just the kind of team that could be grist for their mill.

I don’t see it. Yankees where owning them last time around and i don’t think the rays are this good hitting when they face a team with good pitching. We make them look world beaters when it comes to the bats.

Long, relentless lineup with good defense and pitching. That’s a WS team.

Especially once they get confidence in themselves. They really don't care who they are playing and against the. "big" teams that can be a big part of the battle.

Point is, its not a sure thing either way. I would not call the Yanks a shoe in to beat this Rays team and I would not call the Rays a shoe in to beat the Yanks in a

series either.

Fair you would like the rays in this series I take it? I would take the yankees.

This team is an embarrassment tonight. Time to turn it off.

This team has been non-competitive against this team. It’s embarrassing. This season still falls on the front office. I am curious to see what their plan is here.

It won't matter to me; I'll be watching hockey at that point in time.

Like I said last night…. Maybe Cora isn’t the savior most think he is! A sign of a good manager is one who gets the most out of his players and he sure as hell hasn’t done that for a while now! Cash may be the best manager in the show right now!

Yanks have better starting pitching. Bullpen can be spectacular or for s***. Rays invented the Bullpen game. A shame they lost their ace. But if any team can overcome that....it's the Rays.

All things being equal I think it boils down to Odor and Lemahieu. If they have a good series it would IMO be tough for the Rays to beat the Yanks. When those two are puke, its a different Yankee team.

Orlando on fire in the Front Office hey Pink Hats!

LOL What a joke. You have a handful of Minor League Pitchers Pitching well. Seabold Groome Bello but yet its a slug obtained from Cleveland in the middle of a Playoff chase. Embarrassment to the paying and deserving fan

You dumb f*cks on this team and in this organization: GET FREAKING VACCINATED!

All ballplayers who don't get the vaccine should be suspended w/o pay until they do. That should also hold true for other team sports. Just a thought; it will never happen.

Stupidity has become another pandemic in this country and there's no vaccine for that.

Belli has a 1.40 whip in AA. What would he do here?

Its the strikeout numbers and the ability to bring the heat when needed.

Like I said, would you rather see what you saw tonight from a Player who should not be in the Majors or give a young arm a chance with the ability to get better?

This clown tonight on the mound tells me all I need to know about Bloom

Sox have tried to avoid having Franco bat from the right side. Gonsalves does not even want to throw him a strike.

Itseems obvious to me that, despite what Cora says, he and Bloom have decided to punt this season and covid is a nice cover story. Renfroe takes 5 days bereavement leave for his fathers death which was expected.

Totally unknown and tested pitchers give up the 7 runs so that the rotation and the bullpen can rest some more.

Sounds like Eck has had it with Vaz. Can't really blame him. IMO Vaz has gone downhill behind the plate from earlier years.

Darwin wrote about this effect on the human species.

Jump on the bandwagon I've been driving since the Sandy Leon years.
