Well, if nothing else, they've at least turned the line-up over so that Devers and Bogaerts will hit in the 9th (or earlier).

3/13 with RISP so far for the Sox

Well is this game not an example of a good pen vs our Bucket-o-Fried Chicken bums or what. Even Cash is having trouble messing them up.

I'm going to lose my mind. Sometimes I wish we had a Bill Belichick type manager on this team who can check the egos aside and do what's right for the team. A run should have scored there sorry but there's no excuse for not having Vaz bunt Holt to 3rd. I understand Vaz has had a good year but do the right thing and have him bunt. My goodness.

Their offense is a joke but if we score 3, they score 4. If we score 10, they score 11. Sick of the rays.

The Rays hit with RISP and we have sucked at it.

Vazquez needed to put the ball in play to the right side but struck out. He needed to move Travis to 3rd as a minimum. Despite that, we managed to load the bases with a great hitter up, but wwe fell short. Pagan is good so we have our hands full, but its not over yet. Bogie, JDM and Beni coming up.

We hit the ball hard for a lot of those outs- some very hard.

 

It's hard to see that 3/13 as choking.

 

It's another snake bite game. Pulling this out in the ninth might snap us out of this trend, but I'm not feeling optimistic.

It's not a coincidence that the two teams ahead of the SOX in the AL east have a better BP.

If JD takes a deeper breath, I believe the SOX will at least tie this.

That is really frustrating. Barnes throws a pitch that Sogard can't hit that should be a called strike and the ump calls it a ball.
