Two other pitchers I'd bunt all day against are Cash Cow Sabathia and Jon Lester. Lester would be throwing both the glove and the ball to 1st base.

Betts has really been stinging the ball consistently.

We are five games behind the Guardians in the lost column. Pretty tough hill to climb. Best we can realistically hope for is the second wild card. And there are a few other teams in that race.

Is it just me or Chris Sale has a lot of 2 strikes and 2 outs in the count before he's pounded this season. Geez, I have a lot of flash backs of these which could have ended in nice innings. Edited July 24, 2019 by iortiz

The last time this Tampa pitcher faced the SOX he went 8 shut out innings and gave up 2 hits. So this shouldn't be a surprise.
