1 more f***ing out you ginger *******

GREAT! My ginger-head boy just went to bed crying reading this thread. ;)

He's ok. We told him to suck it up & take one for the team.

Funny. He got to meet Kumbrel in Seattle last trip, & Kimbrel was THE NICEST GUY ever! All of them were, but I think Kimbrel got a kick out of our ginger,

********!

The Sox flat out came out & took it from them!

The bats rallied in Game 2 to cover Price.

Eovaldi GREAT! in game 3!!!

Porcello, OUR BP & the big bat of JBJ once again.

Price, Eovaldi, Barnes, & Kimbrel DOMINATED in Game 5.

WE simply kept PUNCHING them down every time they tried to rally.

2 GREAT TEAMS! One was simply BETTER! Our SP & BP have been GREAT!

TO SAY that the ASTROS simply rolled over is a ******** insult. Sox TOOK IT! PERIOD!

Cora said that Kimbrel had been tipping pitches. I think that there is something to that.

Tipping pitches when he and the mound is in different zip code with the homeplate?

I just hope today is when he get his shits together.

A big part of Kimbrel's success has been the result of hitters offering at his breaking stuff that is about a foot out of the zone. If they know when it is coming, they can lay off of it and he will just look wild.

He couldn't command his fastball. When he does that's when he can get the hitters to swing at his curve ball. He had 7 walks in 5 outings. Twice loaded the bases up.

As great as this bunch is, they match that with maturity and professionalism.

One of the huge keys to this season as far as I am concerned. They got rid of the losers and brought in the real winners. With this bunch it really is - "It's about us not me".

Mainly, who?

HRam>> JDM?

Farrell>> Cora?

(Note: I'm not disagreeing.)

I'm not buying this whole tipping pitches by Kimbrel. He's not even close to the plate. He's all over the place. Honestly I think its because he doesn't pitch enough. They showed a graph and he pitches way better on consecutive appearances than he does with too much rest.

Are you like a secret Yankees fan or something? You seem to mention an irrelevant already eliminated from the playoffs team a lot.

And you can go f*** yourself as often as you like.

That might also support the "over-throwing" argument.

Thanks for adding that you aren't disagreeing. i'm reluctant to actual name names because of the crap storm that it creates but hey.

I think that Cora has proven that he is the guy for the job but I don't dislike John Farrell at all. I think that he is a quality guy. With respect to the others - Sandoval and Ramirez both. I do not like players like that . But also the only reason I liked Manny was because he could hit. I tend not to like players who need to have and require constant attention - look at me kind of guys. I'm one of those guys who just doesn't like to have fun all that much. Not really but fun to me is watching a very close knit group of guys who don't crave attention either by the way they look or the way they act. When Martinez was brought in not only did they get a hitter but a true professional as well. For the most part these guys have shut their mouths and gotten the job done. I think that there absolutely no chance that a player like Manny Machado will be in Boston no matter how good he is. They don't need people like him.

How did you know they are one in the same?

He outed himself. The clincher was when he pointed out to everyone he'd been away for three weeks. I checked and sure enough, the STORK had been away for the identical 3-week stretch.

There's more to it than that, though. Trust me, it's a lock, as they say in vegas.

Here's part of a post from vegasbob after we eliminated the Yankees:

This is bound to piss off many blind Red Sox fans since after beating the Yankees I no longer care what happens the rest of the way.

Benintendi will never be a serious player , weak arm and no bat when it counts.

The offense could not produce a single run since the 4th inning.

Astros will own these guys in the ALCS, but nice to make an appearance. In a 7 game series, you better have 4 starters, Sox are one short.

Not a Sox fan, just a know-it-all who actually knows jack. Remind you of anyone? STORK.

You done good. Though I have to tell you I am one of the most naive older people that you could meet.
