Last night they were tough and claw back after Porcello laid an egg early. Let's cut the magic down 1 or clinch with the Rays help out a little. Edited by Station 13

Sox: 1

Stros: 0

After shutting down the Sox for 8.2 innings, Brad Peacock gives up a walk off HR to JBJ. JBJ walks calmly over to Guerin Austin, looks into the camera and says "I know what you said about me on Talk Sox. I'm not s*****."

4-0 Guardians, bottom of 7th, time running out for Astros, for any significance to this series, for Astros. If Guardians win Astros absolutely have to win tonight. Edited by OH FOY!

@PeteAbe

Today could be the first of nine games the #RedSox play against the #Astros in 14 days.

I hate Pete so so so so much.

Exactly right. Last night's game had that quality as well even though the Jays were just spoilers. No question we badly needed that win.

Peacock has the better ERA, but I like ERod tonight because he is starting to look like a real starter in his last 4 games. I'm guessing Betts is back in RF too. In fact, I see--

Bogie

Pedey

Beni

Betts

Moreland

HanRam

Devers

Vazquez

JBJ

Probably the wrong order, but I see those guys in the lineup against a righty starter.

Honestly, people, I made that lineup up without benefit of Station 13 or wherever got the right lineup from.

It's just as much of a playoff game as the WC play in game!

Tonight's game is the key to winning the ALE IMO. If we win we are a lock to win it. If we lose, well, Fister is pitching tomorrow against the best offense in the league. Nuff said. Lose and both Pom and Sale have to win...a tough assignment. I am not counting on the Yankees to lose another game.

At this point I don't care how we win. Just win

Rodriguez needs to pitch a competitive game after the 3 goose eggs laid in the Toronto series.

Goose eggs are good if you're a pitcher.

Win tonight and a MFY lost... tomorrow won't matter. Surely two for the price of one is a good deal.

But I'm not counting them to lose, we gotta take care of business.
