It is amazing how fans don't bat an eyelash if a guy goes 0-12 or 1-15 in August but are ready to ship him to the Gulf Coast League if he does it in early April.

I'm getting off of the CBS Sportsline that Verlander is less than thrilled with the home plate umpire's strike zone. Does JV have a point? Has th eplate ump been consistent regarding the low strike? IS Sale getting the same strike zone or a bigger one?

Verlander's good but I thought they would come out with a purpose and give sale his first win.

Sale is pretty amazing, especially for a Sox pitcher. He works fast, throws a lot of strikes, has good heat and a curve/slider and changeup.
