I love Hannigan but why the f*** is Leone sitting?

We need that bat.

I'm sure Farrell has a reason. Leone is a switch hitter so it ain't a match-up issue.

Mookie has a big game because I want to see his new win dance. O's can go suck their Buck. Win. Dance. Record. Repeat. x3

Hannigan has been a zero with the bat this season.

Yup. And as I said I am a big fan of his ( he's a local boy ) and he is a gamer.

But s***, Leone keeps pounding the ball and drawing walks. He should be starting every game. Rotate the three other catchers as late inning replacement if possible.

The idea is to win more f***ing games than the other teams in the division. Not to cater to the egos of three back-up catchers.

He didn't play Saturday. I don't think its a rest thing. I have no clue.

Sox next day off is September 26. Leon isn't going to start (or even play) every game until then.

Now why Hanigan tonight I have no idea, although with catchers taking the beating they do, there could be some nagging little thing that a day off would help get Leon back closer to 100% (I don't think any player is 100% at this point of the schedule). Pure speculation on that, though.

FFFFFF-k Schowalter!

His move last night of asking for a review of the play at first when the outcome of the game wasn't remotely in doubt was one of the most bush-league things I've ever seen a manager do. I'm hoping the Sox put up 20 tonight and Pom-pom throws a no-no, just in retaliation.

You noticed that it didn't take long for the guys in NY to say, "Are you out of your f***ing mind? This game is over and everyone knows it. Now shut up and go home."

Could have everything to do with Pomeranz.

Pomeranz has a 5.95 ERA pitching to Leon. He has a 2.90 with Holoday. Most of his starts have been caught by Holoday. He pitched to Hanigan once and had a good start with ERA in 6 IP.
