If Ellsbury was signed we can part with JBJ but since we don't I say no possible way. Just take a look at Sabathia now ... very durable and lot's of innings ... If Lee was 27 - 28 with 4 years left on his contract it would be something to consider but he isn't so it is not going to happen.

 

Which was a response to our discussion prior to the trade deadline where we discussed the rumors of the Sox trading for Cliff Lee. I was making a joke because obviously the Sox aren't going to trade for him now.
