In all fairness, i think that in this particular instance, the comment was warranted. Dude refuses to shut up about Papelbon. It's been almost two years.

So what? He likes Papelbon. He was the best closer in team history, and he just closed us out. Where's the offense? You seriously need shock therapy.

I mean as much as UN is rough around the edges he does know what he's talking about the majority of the time. Yeah, to be honest I don't think he's much more civil than he was under his previous account, (which I felt was borderline when it got banned) but when it comes to simply understanding the game and articulating it, he's pretty good. I mean he might not be Forsyth with charts or Example, but he's definitely above average around here.

 

But I do think his points can be made with fewer insults and as such it tends to take away from his credibility because over time, fewer and fewer people aren't turned off by it.

I challenged you the other day to find a single post where I attacked a poster personally for his/her sports opinion. You do it all the time to numerous posters. Go get medicated maybe the doc can find something to make you act human.

It would be helpful if you didn't start it. You throw vulgar and personally insulting barbs at posters because they like a player or have a sports opinion. That's pretty messed up. Then you just want it to die down?

I will call out UN every time he behaves like an animal towards a poster. It happens much too frequently. I will continue to do it no matter who he takes as a target. The guy is not civil, and he shouldn't be able to do it with impunity. I think he needs your advice more than I do.
