Enough is enough. We already lost the series, but we're not going to let these below .500 chumps sweep us. Clay will come through with not a no hitter, but a perfect game. Also, offense will come back to life in this game. You heard it here first. When in trouble, use RSFFL's mojo for emergencies. Let's start winning A.K.A Charlie Sheening!

Well, we're sort of catching a break because Sale was originally scheduled to pitch. But Santiago has decent numbers and we have been sucking against lefty starters.

Naps, Middlebrooks, Gomes, can you please rectify this situation tonight?

The funny thing is, that in general stats, the numbers don't reflect this. The difference in OPS vs RH and LH starters is negligible.

Ells is on a short leash. Switch Nava and Gomes. Don't have a power guy hit higher than 3rd.

Ellsbury can still turn this around and be a monster here on out. Tonight is the night he gets it going!

He had a hit last night...

Hopefully Ortiz gets a 1st inning shot with runners on. Buch should not need much against the WS. If they are an impatient team generally, they should really tie themselves in knots against Buch the way he has been pitching.......strikes in ugly places for the hitters.

Looked like the mound kicked that up in the air and took a good deal of steam off of it. Not sure it would have gotten through anyway after that mound kick. No telling where it would have gone.

Here we go!!!

It seems like we could have lost the last two games by double digits and we only lost them by 2, in fact we very easily could have won the last one when we were no-hit through two thirds of it. Let's end this series on a high note. We need to cash in with runners in scoring position, and for a team that seems like it should hit HR's off of lefties, we have been getting beat by mediocre/decent ones. Let's hope Doubront's start yesterday was something to build off of. That can determine the outlook of our rotation for the remainder of the season.
