How does this draft work? If I'm pick #13 in round 1, is it that way through the whole draft? Or would I pick 4th next round?

Allow players to swap guys out of their team for any unpicked player? He'd have to Billy Beane it a little but he could jigger things around and make it work.

He's the best pitcher in baseball, has been for about five years, and is a good bet to be such for the next three or four.

 

IF we're looking at aggregate success over five years, Johan is certainly a guy you want leading your staff.

 

(I would have taken Lincecum as the first pitcher but you can't really go wrong).
