    I saw on BTV RS get: Bichette (rakes in Fenway) heating up in June. - Peralta- Devin Williams Mets get: Bello- Campbell (upside moves)- Jake Bennett peralta doesn’t make any sense but maybe if we go on a run he would be fun to have…. If not we could trade him again in 30 days

    Agree Adames is still by far my favorite fit for this team. He would fit the “willing to take on salary” RS stated publicly category. Obviously every trade will require risk, this would be risking 3 years from now being another Story vs losing all our future farm pieces. I also just think Adames is a good baseball player and will only be 35 when contract is up. Dodgers are FULL of 33-37 year old good baseball players.

    Agree lineup is getting more bat to ball I’d like to see us win 4 out of next 5 it sets up nicely. lineup needs to be left alone… maybe swap Duran and seigler if he keeps pounding. Thats it. Masa needs to bat everyday until RA gets back, or we make a trade. Narvaez has been awful ABS challenges and 5 RBI’s in 137 AB’s get him and Gaspar out of lineup.

    I don’t know i could see Royals blowing their deal up on Witt, and he obviously wouldn’t fetch anywhere near his BTV. But Witt for Arias, Mayer, Early, Eyanson, Gonzalez, Soto. They have to listen….. and it would set us up at SS for a LONG time.

    Doesn’t strike out a lot… this lineup is hitting ball more great to see. Seigler was a former 1st rder solid on D too. Gaspar experiment is over.

    We need a proven bat @ 3b, 2b, or SS. Durbin would translate well to 2b if the right 3b came available. Trade chips right now: Mayer, Early, Witherspoon , Duran, maybe Eyanson, or Arias for a big enough bat……. Targets Marte, Maikel Garcia, Masyn Winn, CJ Abrams.

    2 thoughts permeate in my head: 1- Breslow is terrible at roster construction and the fact he thought this team would be fine offensively was a massive risk. He wanted to win the value game in Nov-Feb and misjudged the value of bats. SP is easier to obtain than bats ergo he got better “value” with Starting pitching. a serious miscalculation on his part. 2- Cora created a culture of absolute Divas, he allowed Devers to become who he became. The fact that mid 500 ops Story felt the GM needed to talk to him about any roster/organizational moves was comical. It makes me think the culture of clubhouse needs a complete reset. Guys mentally weak like Mayer, Story, Duran, Casas, Devers show the culture.

    FWIW i know you said Dbacks wanted both Tolle and Early I heard Milliken yesterday say the Dbacks wanted Mayer & Early in the trade for Marte…. Not both young lefty SP’s. So there’s that. Marte should be on Red Sox.

    Good pitching can always be added at trade deadline, good bats are next to never available. I genuinely loathe this team. But roster has zero exciting bats. Such a s***** roster composition. Sad thing is I’m in Boston to take my 2 boys (11,9)to their first rivalry series. Prices were still sky high, Glad to see JH and Co. are still getting top dollar for this trash team.

    Lol that would be funny if someone from org actually followed along here. Highly doubt it. I do know of college football coaches who had people monitor the 24/7 site for their team religiously. So never say never.

    I mean it depends on who he gets in return. If he got a proven bat, then you’d hear no such things from me. But if it’s Durbin for Harrison, or Dustin May for James Tibbs. Then yes I might still b*tch about Breslow.
