    Thanks, I saw him pitch several times and was extremely impressed with his stuff. I did not realize he was shut down due to the elbow. that is terrible because he has fantastic stuff. I am not a fan of leiter’s kid. We need to go all out for rocker!

    If pillar or Bradley is traded, we call up Duran! If Barnes is traded, we call him houck? If Perez is traded, we call up pevitta? If Martinez is traded, not sure we have anybody left to call up! If peraza is traded, we celebrate!

    So we are the same cycle of terror as Detroit, thanks to desperate Dave, but just 4 years behind them? Makes for a bleak next half decade.

    What I saw of him last year, the answer is no. But the talent is huge. He just needs another year plus to be ready!

    He was barely effective, but ran out of gas. Roenicke remains the worst manager this side of Bobby valentine!

    The pitcher from LSU would be a great luck at #2! Assuming the pirates take rocker at first overall.

    A pitcher would have been nice. But using the player to be named later loophole to get into the Padres deep prospect system would have been ideal.

    Interesting that hang’em Chaim got two guts with clear warts for Moreland. Does he plan to use them as filler in future trades? Also interesting is two trades now and hang’em Chaim has not used the loop hole called “player to be named later”.

    Time running out for hang’em Chaim to pour gallons of channel numbers 5 on a bunch of turd piles (aka Red Sox players) and then trade them as sweet smelling star players to sucker GM’s around the league.

    His swing slowing down, aka jim rice syndrome, is what I see as the problem.

    Really strange. In one game devers swing looks great and you think he has put it together. Then in game two, his swing looks terrible and you wonder how he got to the major leagues, Today is a game two game.

    I hope you are correct. If he could also move Moreland, Martinez and whoever else (Not homegrown) that has value that would be a good thing!

    Getting close to the trade deadline and hang’em Chaim is quiet. I would expect to at least hear rumors at this time.

    Verdugo was definitely a win for hang’em Chaim. Now can he turn Moreland, Martinez, Perez and others into wins as well. Jury out on the Hembree/workman trade.
