    Maybe one of our current players can help uncover a gem pitcher than has been released! Lord knows hang’em Chaim is worse than ray Charles when it comes evaluating pitching talent from film!

    I am so glad Mookie signed long term with the dodgers and not us! We still have this year and next year of Pedroia! Long term contracts can kill teams! Best to invest in building a self sustaining farm system!

    His health, as well as the health of all our players and staff should be the number 1 priority for Red Sox management and medical staff. Of course, I am sure they are 100 percent on top of it!

    Literally everyone of value in the baseball operations and analytics department that contributed anything to our past success over those four years has been run off by desperate Dave! Hang’em Chaim is literally starting from scratch and he appears to be completely devoid of any scouting ability when it comes to starting pitching! Maybe my decade prediction was a bit overly aggressive!

    Best case scenario is we can trade some of these deadbeat pitchers by the trade deadline. Anything of value we get is a win!

    I figure two to three years of excellent drafting is needed and then 4 to 5 years or so of development and two to three years of major league experience and we could have an excellent self sustaining development system while being capable of winning championships at the major league level! Ps: I am actually very impressed with hang’em chaim’s first draft, but while we got a couple really exciting bats and future relievers, we got nothing as fast as starting pitching goes.

    Last time I looked, desperate Dave had run off the brightest and best in our baseball operations and analytics department. All we have left in those departments are a bunch of ancient deadbeat underachievers working on an old 386 computer. These guys have no clue even on a good day and lord knows they have not seen any good days in the 2000’s!
