    Breslow needs to focus on relievers who will accept a 1 yr deal which is the orders from above. Thankfully there are a long list of such scrubs still available.

    once again the FO has sold RSN down the river this off season. Yes they may have added to the rotation but they have generally refused to buck up to improve this team. It is going to be very interesting to see if they can extend Crochet. Personally I doubt it.

    we have know for a long time but just didn't want to face up to it that the Sox wanted to go with the cheap young talent over the high priced talent.

    Bloom was a disaster although John Henry has to shoulder A LOT of the blame

    this will be his age 26 year. If Henry doesn't buck up for at least a 5 yr extension on Crochet he NEVER will and we will continue to look at 1 and 2 [max} yr deals on SP.

    well if adding a huge salary like Bregman to replace Casas that certainly makes the Sox dumb but certainly not cheap. I agree that Vladdy is the only player I trade Casas for but probably best to just wait till he's a FA and open the wallet { are you listening John Henry?]. That way Dever, Casas, and Vladdy can divvy up 3B, 1B, and DH. FORGET Bregman.
