  1. I wonder how he’s perceived in the dugout.🤔
  2. I agree, but yet they haven’t traded him for whatever reason, or reasons.
  3. Too late for much in return?
  4. Even though the Red Sox took 3-4 from the A’s it didn’t really seem like it. The Sox had trouble hitting their starters. The Dodgers will be a better matchup this weekend, and it should be interesting to see how they stack up.
  5. Dec 2026 Pete Abrahm. Sources inside the Red Sox org say retaining Alex Bregman is the team’s top priority. Wonder if they are still in the mix for Alonso Anyone have anything to refute any of this outside of speculations?
  6. Article on ESPN Jan 12 2026, which stated the Red Sox went into the offseason with the top priority of Resigning 3B Alex Bregman. Do you have anything that states differently?? Top priority, plan A, ist option call it what you like, and argue all you want, but who you’re really arguing with is Brez.
  7. There may never be an easier time than this year where the league is so weak, and wide open if that changes anything, but as I always say you owe it to to those players in the dugout to go for it more than not.
  8. You want to wait for little a to show up, and make a contribution? If you can get a OF now go, and do it. They are not got stop the games until little a returns.🙈
  9. The players namely KC, little a, and Marshmallow Man have provided the ammo, and now Arias is next in line. Stay tuned for further updates, and progress reports.
  10. Wow NNN. As usual you have a take that NO one else has going A all the way to Z. Kind of like questioning a questioning mark.🤔
  11. Well if your hung on on Plan A, which you seem to be since they offered a contract to Alonso first, and that’s the ONLY reported offer we’ll call him first option. How much did they spend on the Con Man? $85M? Nope lower, so was that okay, or better than okay?
  12. Well said. The Red Sox had a ceiling to spend on a 1B, because they had to have money set aside to sign Bregman’s. When Bregman signed with the Cubs they took that money set aside for him, and pivoted to pitching, and signed Ranger. Then, because they needed a 3B to replace what they thought they were going to have with Bregman they went out, and traded for DUBin, which has a low money contract.
  13. Then don’t discuss it then. The Red Sox were not going sign two players to 5 year $150M+ contracts. All WE know for sure, and there was NO other reporting on this, which MVP laid out is that the Red Sox made an offer to Alonso first, and then when he didn’t accept a couple of weeks later made the trade for the Con Man. Now can you find anything out there to the contrary? After Bregman signed with the Cubs the Red Sox turned pretty quick, and signed Ranger. Now if you want to think Con Man, Ranger, and DUBin was the plan all along fine, but I haven’t heard that assessment anywhere else, but here, and that’s OK too.
  14. No Breslow did. I thought Bres laid his plan out pretty well don’t you? His pursuit of Bregman. His pursuit of Alonso. It’s all right there for everyone to see.
  15. Duran does get an occasional RBI despite his low BA.
  16. The Red Sox are in a playoff hunt now, and to me that’s no time for a tryout. I don’t see Duran losing any AB right now except for JJ against LHP, and certainly not to a KC.
  17. As always pay NO ATTENTION to the Man Behind The Curtain, and as always he’s a curse, and not a gift. Come on man I gave you credit years ago for renaming our Championship bowling team. 😂😭🤮
  18. I don’t see him being called up even if RAF Man, or Abreu got hurt especially with a playoff berth at stake.
  19. NOBODY was hyped more than the big three. Tolle, Early, and RAF Man certainly were nowhere close to even Casas with the hype that he got. I do agree on Witt though.
  20. I agree with one thing that many things said on here is conjecture, but there is a timeline that MVP laid out on when the Red Sox met with Alonso, when Alonso signed with Baltimore, and when the Red Sox landed Con Man. Those are facts. There is NOTHING out there that says the Red Sox had talked to Bloom prior to Alonso about the Con Man. That is conjecture.
  21. And where would you put him?
