  1. As Chaim Bloom said just wait things are going to be AWESOME.🤭
  2. Headline in the Boston Globe says that the Red Sox are Not considering firing the 12th pick in the 2023 HOBO draft Craig Breslow.🤔
  3. Back to a season high, or low depending how you look at it. 10 games UNDER 500.🤮
  4. I was never in the running. I said when he was signed the first time that the money was too high, but he years was just right. That never changed for me?
  5. Who knows what would have happened if he would have stayed with the Red Sox. Would have come in handy now though.
  6. If you want to see it you will, and if you don’t want to see it you won’t.
  7. I don’t know if anyone is disputing it takes awhile at this level, and that’s why high expectations shouldn’t be placed on them until they are ready. Or not if the case may be.
  8. Unlike LOWbres I Never wanted Bregman for 5 more years.
  9. Eaton is up, and no injury reported. Who’s out, or going down?
  10. Once again as the deal looks today the deal is a bust. That could change, but at the moment a BIG bust.
  11. I agree on not replacing Devers, but so far Mayer can’t hit. I also questioned that in the offseason when the lineup looked better.
  12. It shouldn’t even be an issue IMO. Right Now the deal is a bust.
  13. I just hope he doesn’t turn out to be a present day KC who can’t even to re-adjust to AAA pitching at the moment.
  14. Where did I say I could do a better job than professional scouts? I just said it has little value no matter who evaluate someone. Mayer wasn’t overhyped before, and after he was drafted.?🤔
  15. Impatient? Games are counting now, and have since the first game of the season. What each player does has a say in the W-L record. It’s really not that complicated. Just like the game threads. Day to day gets judged, and rightfully so IMO.
  16. Durbin was also cheap, and a settle for Bregman.
  17. Agree, and it might have made a difference if he hadn’t missed the time he did, because of injuries, but he did miss that time that didn’t help his development.
  18. Yes cited, and Highlighted, but I see little value no matter who evaluates.
  19. True, and little Anthony put a little damper on that along with a few others.
  20. He missed valuable AB in Portland, and Woo, because of injuries.
  21. I’ve seen many prospects come up going back to Tony C at age 19 in 1964, and produce, so I just don’t get excited about the ones coming up today. As I always say a prospect is useless until they come up, and produce in a Red Sox uniform, or are traded for someone who does.
  22. I know lots of fans, and posters cling to rankings, and projections like they are the be all, know all, but sometimes they don’t turn out in the end all.
  23. Who thinks that? As I’ve said many times not all ranked suspects turn out to be good prospects.
  24. I was never a Devers Forevers guy like some were on here, but I still think not only would he be helping the Red Sox this year, but last year as well. He was missed in the postseason IMO.
