Yeah performing well in the playoffs is kind of a prerequisite which you have to have to be in this discussion. You can't just toss it aside like it means nothing. Manning has beat Brady once and that was during the low part of our season. Guys had just begun to get injured and our secondary hadn't had a chance to gel as a group.

They don't have Clayton anymore as he's a FA. Counsell is now going to start at SS now that Hudson is at 2B, but Drew is expected to take over by midseason. Cintron is currently a utility guy right now so they could acquire him for SS but I wouldn't expect him to start or anything.

Well Hudson is a 2B and Santos went the other way in that deal. So really they have Drew and Upton for the future at SS. I think they are going to want to wait and watch the development of Drew and Upton before deciding which one they want to trade, or they could always move one to 3rd. So I don't see either of them moving soon.

I agree. At this point I just say we try to get quality prospects from San Diego or worst case scenario, we try to convince him to stay for 1 more year.

It is not on TV today because of conflicts with the game on ABC between the Heat/Rockets. The rules state (not sure if it's NBA, ABC or someone else) that no game may be televised while a nationally televised game is on (this doesn't apply to ESPN in basketball). In baseball I remember that a few Sox-Rangers games have been blacked out because Texas has started at 8:00 which conflicts with the ESPN game of the week so those have been blacked out. Now if I were the Bucks I would just move the starting time to tonight to avoid the conflict but they must have a reason that they can't do that.

Yeah 19 that's my number for ultimate so instead of saying I chose it for Thornton, I can say I wear it for Beckett.

I disagree I think there will be boos because of the whole ball situation. He's not remembered by the fans like Cabrera or Roberts as being an integral part of winning the World Series, I think he's remembered for not giving the ball back to the Red Sox and therefore most fans will boo him.

Yes except when you turn the ball over 23 times it is unlikely you are going to beat any solid teams in the NBA.

Basically you take the scores after each quarter and you look at the last number of each team's score and that is who will win the pot. For instance if Pittsburgh wins 35-20 at the end of the game then you win the pot because your name is under the 5 for Pittsburgh and the 0 for Seattle.

Yeszir is the main administrator. He is in charge of everything that happens here. There are 3 or 4 active moderators (including myself) and we assist him with kind of cleaning up the place such as merging, deleting and moving threads along with banning posters who have severely violated the code of conduct.
