Baseball is definitely a sport where, if you could go back in time and draft with the benefit of hindsight, you could make a killer team in about 3 years.

Might rank up there with Anderson for Bagwell as far as trades go, though the Sox at least got a division title out of the Anderson trade.  Mets didn’t make the postseason in 2021.
