How are you feeling about yesterday's game? Just a hiccup, or more of the same from the 2026 Red Sox?

IT's hard to know if last night was more of the "one step up and two steps back" feeling about 2026, but I'm still hopeful we are a .500 or better team.

Making a couple additions like B Lowe and Jeffers might be all we need.

Tolle needs to drill the first batter in the thigh, then strikeout the side and tell his defense, "Sit down, men."

Wow! Rough crowd.

Again, no Yoshida??  To give Eaton (.200) and Romy (.143) more ABs, I suppose? Both batting right, so those averages are likely lower.

Back when I played team sports, we had this weird convention that you played your best players, and if you weren't the best, you worked hard until you were.  But I guess putting your best players on the field is just way too passé for  a cutting edge team like this.

Walking Willson?  (Why not 4 pitches right in on his hands for a likely ejection?)

We don’t need to ADD anyone. We need to be sellers and plan for the future.

The only thing duller than watching this game is watching soccer. And that includes watching paint dry and watching grass grow.

C'mon, dude.  I LOVE watching grass grow; I check my plants every day.

Thank goodness that Early was diagnosed with only inflammation of the elbow. I remember when Crochet was originally diagnosed with only inflammation of the shoulder.

So you're saying only 60-90 days?

How is Crochet's lats doing ? I trust the shoulder is less inflamedvthan my boy Contreras

I have a lawn service that applies some type of steroids on my grass. I can actually see the grass growing while I'm mowing my yard. I'm guessing it's similar to the stuff that Clemens was taking.

Yet you are still watching!

It's probably for the best. No point in taking any chances.
