With a 6-0 lead former Yankee Kahnle walks the leadoff hitter in the 9th, then gives up a bomb.

Time for the old DFA wand

The Sox already have Watson, they really don't need Kahnle.

Kelly and Samaniego, too.

Bang for the buck, Durbin was a better choice than Bregman.

He may yet out-value Harrison.

I told my brother if he ever sees me watching soccer, he should find out if there's any openings in a local nursing home.

I was intrigued by the off ball play in Haiti vs Brazil.

Overall a strong effort by Suarez over 6 2/3rds and hitting with men on base.

Incredible thay can"t do this at Fenway

They're just a looser team on the road.

I was intrigued by Mayer having 3 RBI tonight.

His 2B should/could have been caught.

Suarez down to 2.93.

No Crochet and we still get this...

2.93 Suarez

2.93 Tolle

3.12 Gray

3.81 Early

4.79 Bennett

Whodathunk Crochet & Bello would knock the staff down to a middle of the pack rotation by the numbers?

Durbin & Mayer crawl over the .600 mark.

They could both crawl over .900, but a lot of damage in W-L column has been done, and you’re not getting a do over.

Great starting pitching by the Ranger, and stringing some timely hits together can do wonders sometimes. Ranger even managed to get through 6 innings last night.

Babying Miller works out well for the Sox so far.

Still pretty well hit; the encouraging thing was he actually went oppo.  He needs to go that way more. I’ve said several times that he should use the Monster ala Boggs.

It was a hard hit ball, and I'm sure he's had some ropes that went for outs, so it's legit.
