I heard that Ward cant actually run the bases at full speed and has to slow up while hes going around them because if he went at full speed, hes too fast for the human retina to register and nobody would even see/believe him that he already went all the way around and touched all 4 bags (if he ran at full speed).

I heard he is so fast that if he hits a line drive up the middle, he has to slow down or else the ball might strike him on the head as he rounds second base…

Actually, at 30.3 ft/sec, it was Trea Turner last year, just beating out Victor Scott, Bobby Witt Jr., and Byron Buxton, who tied at 30.2 ft/sec.
