We're facing Logan Allen the 2nd.

Yes, a lefty- hence Romy and Ref are rightfully starting.

Duran 3-3 with 3 opposite field singles. Love to see him getting hot

Yes! He's an absolute spark plug for this offence.

I know some dislike platoons, but Refsnyder is da man vs lefties.

Only 12 batters in all of MLB have more PAs and a  a higher OPS vs LHPs than Ref;s .904 mark, and this was before today.

Yeah he's crazy against lefties.

This has been a fun 2 games. The offence is waking up.

Finally, BTW, the vs lefty number I posted is from 2022-2025, and the sample size is 375 PAs or more.

Bello needs to throw strikes.

He heard you.

5 IP (about 14 pitches per inning.)

45 strikes

26 balls

Bello is afraid to pitch aggressively with a 9-0 lead? lol &nbsp

His fears are concerning.

This guy is nothing but a No. 4.

Houck and Bello problems are the same. Both are afraid to pitch their fastballs and sinkers more often. They don’t t trust in their stuff. Also both have severe mental and emotional issues.

I think that's harsh. He seemed to want to switch it up (or Narváez/coaching staff did) to throw off the offence 3rd time through.

No harsh just reality. In the end the final word on what he wants to throw especially with a 9-0 is on him. Ppl keep saying that he has to work with his emotions and he is still a prospect. Wonder how much this narrative is going to last.

If Bello ends up being a legit No. 3 ie high 3 ERA pitcher I’ll be really pleased. It looks like a long shot at this point.

Beautiful swing from Rafaela.

I've always liked his swing. It's the swinging too much that has been the issue.

I hope he can fix that problem. You have to think our coaches have been working on this concern since he joined the organization in 2018. This is his 7th season of pro ball, and that gives me doubts.

No doubt but I thought that the expectations for him were at the top of the rotation.

Kid has a good stuff but his lack of consistency due poor self-confidence doesn’t let him shine.

It's a fair concern. I hold out hope not least because of the potential if they do unlock him.

I think he can be a decent #3 with a chance at being an okay #2 as the ceiling.

He could also struggle be a good #5.
