Yet again the opposing manager goes to his bullpen first.  Not going to his bullpen cost Cora two wins in Texas.  As I've said too many times, all of the Texas runs in 4 games were scored off the sttarters.  

And tomorrow's an off day so the entire bullpen can rest.

Part of it is small sample bad luck. The other part is striking out because you're watching third strikes go right by you.

May have to rename Raffy " LL"  for Little League as in only BB's and K's.    Appropriate though since he doesn't speak English, the LL sound in Spanish is spoken "Y" .  That's the question WHY ?

He speaks English. He just doesn't speak to the media in English because he's not confident about it.

Yeah, I am really ready for him to have some minor mishaps.....he's just not clutch. I haven't seen it.

I rather watch Mayer 24/7 than Story. Another guy we should trade.

The K accumulation continues with 10 by end of the Sox 5th.  That's a 67% rate.  

For baseball professionals and those knowledgeable there really has to be some clear reasons that need addressing. The Sox hitting  strategy as pushed by Fatse and now Lawson  is not effective, or the execution is terrible.

It is not that we are facing a string of All-Star #1 Aces, or even Chris sale

There is no known pitch in MLB that Devers can't swing and miss at.  He has a complete repertoire of swings.

Giving Raffy one or two days off wouldn’t help either IMHO. However, sending him to AAA in order to do a mini ST would help him a lot for both his timing and mind. He’s clearly lost at the plate and is not even close. The latter is an unpopular decision to make though.
