It's obviously someone much newer than that considering the length of the pants. Dewey wore the classic stirrups throughout his career I believe. Don't think he wore a shin guard either.

Thoughts based on the jersey is that it's someone mid 2000's. 

Kevin Cash? Not quite the right build. 

Tek? He seemed to hold the bat on his follow through and had the high socks.

The veins are making me think Gabe Kapler, but I feel like he and Mirabelli often went without batting gloves.

Loretta had that Hriniak swing.
