Most importantly today is that the Red Sox will honor Joe Castig prior to the game. The Red Sox have had some good announcers through the years with Gowdy, Martin, Coleman, Stockton, Miller, Sean, and Donny O. Castig was one of the best, and was well deserved going into the HOF.

Ahhhh, the off season coming in a few hours, where we can solve all Red Sox issues and design as team that can finish the months of August/September .  

Can any of these late season flops be put on Cora ?   Beginning to think so .

Absolutely Cora should get a BIG part of the blame for the late season flops, and to me this year was the worst of the last three years. It started right after the AS break, and not only did the bats stop working in Sept, but the players holding them did as well. A loss today would be the best fitting end to the season.

Will be interesting to see what Priester has. Pepiot has been pretty fire this year. Sox batters should provide him with lots of k’s.

i understand Cora playing Gasper as DH , trying to get him off his now 0-17 slump.    Gasper is  a terrible hitter though .  

People paid lots of money to see Yoshi or O'Neill so they were cheated.
