Durrmody vs Civale

Sox will need the bats to come alive tonight.

It would be nice to see some hitters come alive, but it seems pretty much if the Red Sox don’t score a bunch of runs in 1 inning they don’t score much the rest of the game.

I’ve seen 3 different spellings of Dermody today. None of them are correct…

Mine was an intentional misspelling.

Duran

Masa

Turner

Devers

Casas

Ref

Arroyo

McGuire

Kike

According to CBS Dugy was benched in the game yesterday for not hustling to 2B on a ball Yoshida chopped to the 1B, who threw Dugy out at 2B. Dugy out of the lineup tonight.

Casas now below the Mendoza line.

Now below it? He reached .200 (exactly) for 1 day (after the May 28th game); he's been below it every game before that date and every game after that date.

Now, Fred ? He's been there most of the year with only a few peeks above the line for a quick but not deep breath.

Illinois is more precise on it but I was trying to imply some positive notes on Casas, never again !

Der-moody follows the game plan to a T by getting beat in the first inning for an HR. He did get a DP, however, so it wasn't a 3 run jack

Protecting Devers with Casas is similar to protecting your house with a French Poodle.

What an ace!

Where did they pick this guy up?

Originally Cubs, then the Jays, but now he is all ours. But he's young, only 33 and that number exceeds the number of MLB games he has appeared in, 31. The truth is that no one knows where Bloom discovers these young gems with big upside.

No idea. But I know my trash bin feels a lot lighter.

Ok

He sucks. But someone has to play first base.
