Curious to see if the sox will have sellouts during June and July at the park. Maybe fans will be frustrated with the GM and the ownership of the team.

70% of the seats have already been paid for by season ticket holders and corporations.

True, it's only one win or loss at a time, with no style points. But the actual process both on the field and in the dugout can show leadership or failure to perform. Right now they are failing on all fronts

They have been listless pretty much since opening day.

Can't remember a starter getting hit this hard.

A few years back when eovaldi pitched for the Yanks and a bunch of us went to the Yanks vs marlins.

The guys in the other car went the wrong way and didn't get to the park until the 3rd inning.

The Yanks were already down 6-0 by then if I remember correctly.

It’s only 1 loss in the loss column, and better to lose this way than some of those 1 run losses in the late innings.

LOL!

These loses count just as much as the ones in September, someone said a few times, already.

I’m trading Anyone not named Devers .

And you denied hating the majority of the Sox team. Now, it's all but one.

Yes they do, but 1 run losses, and 10 run losses count the same.

I would like to see Danish go in and tell Cora to f*** Off for leaving him out there for almost 40 pitches.

Be like telling your boss to f*** off right after he's been thinking about firing you.

If I’m Xander I’m not even talking to anyone unless the number starts at 300 plus

I guess Xander won’t be talking then.

You build around Devers and you absolutely have to sit down with Xander and ask what teams he will except a trade to.I can’t send him to the Yanks or Dodgers .My final offer to Xander is 9 years 270 no opt outs until year 5 .

Question time:

If the SOX packaged Bra Man, Barnes and Danish in a trade, how many bags of baseballs do you think the SOX would get in return? And no calling a friend.

I’m not opposed to this trade .100 used and warped balls ?

I doubt any MLB owner has been burned more on long-term contracts than JH.

You don't think cold weather can have any affect, just because a few teams ahead of the Sox did not drop off a cliff by as much?

I'm not saying it's a major factor, but I do think it plays a role. We had a lot of hitters, last year, that took off at some point in May and June.

Maybe the dead ball is 50%, the slumping is 40% and the cold weather 10%. Who knows?

Why not tell us your opinion?

I'm not sure why, I don't spend hours upon hours dissecting this team the way you do, that's why I asked you.

But I have a hard time believing that the weather affects one team more than the other teams. It certainly doesn't seem to be bothering the astros tonight.

Well, with sale on the books already, are you going to be paying three players $30M+ each?

So… about that famed Plawecki CERA…

plawecki just didn't have his top stuff tonight, I could tell when he was warming up in the bullpen.

One could argue that JD has been the best long-term contract the SOX have given.

I think that honor goes to manny

just tuned in. Can anyone explain why Eovaldi was left in after the 2nd or 3rd or 4th HR in that inning? I don't get it.

After further review I would go with Manny and Ortiz, but for a lot of years it seemed like David was on a year to year.
