E-Rod 5-4 6.21ERA vs A. Kittredge 5-1 1.34ERA

Hopefully, my Mojo will be risin' tonight.

Note: "Mr Mojo Risin'" is an anagram for "Jim Morrison."

I will play 'L.A. Woman' by The Doors before the game. Maybe it will help my Mojo.

GO SOX!

Not exactly a favorable matchup on paper. Although Kittredge is but an opener. Edited by Bellhorn04

Maybe listen to 'Black Magic Woman' as well, and see if that does anything for the Mojo of our leadoff hitter.

I had no idea you were this high on Santana. I agree he's versatile in the field and good on the bases, but his hitting leaves something to be desired.

Theoretically, this week begins a whole new era in MLB. The Jays still can't play home game because Canada won't let American teams cross the border, not even by air. That's nothing, however, to the degree from Rob Augustus Caesar Manfred's that all MLB pitchers will stay clean and not besmirch the baseballs they throw.

Lot of moisture in air here in the south may help Erod more than you think .Heavy ball lots of grounders infield pop ups .I know it’s a dome . Edited by Swiharts Ghost

"Oye como va" -- originally written by Tito Puente, no relation to Tito Fuentes (the second baseman who led both the NL and AL in range factor/game in 1975 and 1977, respectively). The song title is a shortened form of an entire phrase meaning "listen to how my rhythm goes"... though I've had first-language friends translate the more literal: "How's it going..."

We should know the answer by his third at bat.

E Rod is pitching hey….. hmmm

Well better luck tomorrow guys.

Hey, Tyler, have you already forgotten the 'blind squirrel' aspect of the games? This could be E-Rod's night to find his nuts. Or not.

WEEI guys talking a lot about the Commish's dictum on foreign substances on the ball. Cora told them the pitchers know it's a big deal.

It seems like when the odds look against us, we win. I heard some guy on the local sports talk show picking the Rays as his "pick of the week."

I'm thinking we win, tonight.

Hmmmmm alright. I’ll remain positive.

I know we all have talked about the Santana leadoff nonsense, but wonder whether someone of the press has required Cora a logical explanation regarding the leadoff thing. Seriously, I only would like to know what’s behind this. Probably we as fans are missing something.

Santana is 7 for 56 this season. 16 SO hitting .125. Cora out of his damn mind but he runs fast lol.
