Where's the Yankee mojo on this thread? The regular Yankee posters are apologetic softies. So what if the golden era of the late 90s/early 00's is gone. It's still the fn Yankees in a city that takes sh#$ from no one. The all-star break gave this hobbled version of the best damn franchise in MLB history a much needed rest. They'll be ready to give the Sox all they can handle. Screw Boston. They're as entitled as Yankee fans are. Mirror images of each other. The only difference: they paint themselves as the good guys. Hypocrites.

NY will continue to kick ass until the rising oceans sweep this great city away.

Go Yankees.

My question is, why are you looking for Yankee mojo in a Red Sox forum? You want Yankee mojo, go to a Yankee forum. I'm sure you'll find whatever you're looking for there.

And of course we're the good guys. We're America's team.

Go Red Sox!!!

Montgomery pitching tonight against Boston. He was recently sent down to the minors so in order for him to come up before the 10 day window, someone must be sent to the DL. Pineda and CC are not scheduled to pitch in this 4 game series so I'm suspecting it's one of the two. Damnit.

I post on plenty of Yankee forums and I have found what I'm looking for on this site - THE YANKEE THREAD.

It's the same tired argument. What? I'm walking down the street and happen into a gay pride parade and I'm supposed to swap my pinstripes for a rainbow? Mute my enthusiasm for my team because it might offend a couple of insecure neighbors? And America's team? Deluded pretentiousness. 'We believe in the one true god' syndrome.

Time to smell the roses, huh?

You're glad a guy may be having career ending injury?

Pineda doesn't have a career ending injury. He has a Yankees career ending injury. He's been abhorrent of late. It was time for him to move on, so an injury isnt unexpected not unwelcome. Chance Adams needs to be promoted

So the Sox are still going to protest the Yankee game. GTFOH. Ellsbury didn't score. The ump f$#@ up had no impact on the game. It's like a meteorologist forecasts rain for your golf outing but the sun shines regardless. You still get your 18 holes of that pretentious mf'n sport in. What's the grievance cited? Inconvenience? Nevermind that protests never work. Even in political settings, the best you can expect is an arrest, a night in jail, and a couple of pats on the backs from the rest of your liberal pansy ass buddies. What a bitch move.

Boston's become a haven of self-entitled spoiled brats since winning their 3 championships in a 10 year span. Screw them. Go Yankees. And as for the Yankee fans on here, I applaud your devotion and knowledge but for god's sakes grow a pair and stop acting like a bunch of leashed dogs in some Sox fan's basement. F#$@ Boston.

Our offense has come back to earth. Our new kids are hitting while the old kids aren't. It's the growing pains I expected. This club isn't ready for prime time this year. Next year, we will be

Despite the prolonged slump, we're still only a few back in the division. Our team is too talented to keep losing like this. I think once they get out of this funk they're going to hit a stretch of really good baseball, kind of like what we saw in May. I have nothing to back up this claim, just a feeling from what I'm seeing.

I hate to say it, but the Yankees are better than what their overall record is. They've been a victim of that odd thing I like to call randomness. I wouldn't count them out.

That said, I hope they continue to lose.

Are they an anomaly?

There are many things I love about Judge, but his actions on the ball field are up there with my favorite. He hit a ball that nearly left Safeco field. Most guys hit that and watch it, or flip the bat. Judge hits it, drops the bat, drops his head and just jogs. No hot dogging. No staring out there. He acts like he's been there before. He is the baseball reincarnation of Dave Winfield with Derek Jeter's mannerisms. He is our next captain for sure

What I saw in yesterday's game was Sabathia went 5 then the BP, shut them down. Did not even use Chapman. He's all set for today. Girardi knows how to work a BP, to keep them all rested. As a Sox fan I'm keeping close eye on this.
