OK. I'm waited too long. Now I'm going to stop holding my breath and start into full panic.

Oh sweet a guy with a 6.17 ERA in AAA coming in.

To be fair I guarantee they did not anticipating having to use him on a Price start

How the f*** do you let the Rays score 10 runs in a game? Also, what the f*** is with this use of the bullpen, Cuevas and Ramirez were only guys available today I guess

Koji was warmed up. But the bullpen of Ross/Layne should be able to pitch, they hardly been used.

Lots of blame to go around today - but ultimately, Price is being paid like a #1. And twice in four starts he has been unable to bring a 3 run lead home. I am not overreacting, but that is not good.

Struggling against Baltimore is understandable. Letting what is arguably the worst offense in this league hang an 8-spot on you is inexcusable. Get your s*** together Price.

I am ok with Uehara having a bad night, holding a 1 run lead against the best offensive team alive. Kicking away 3 run leads twice (even if Baltimore might be good) is a different kettle of fish.

Yeah Price did not get it done today. Although he was getting squeezed at least a little by a tight strike zone.

Still, he has not looked really good yet.

Farrell said after the game that Koji was only available if the Sox were leading.

Not sure what that means but he said it.

I had to come back to NY today, so I didn't get to the game. I just finished watching on DVR, and I am glad that I wasn't there.

Price looked like horseshit.

Hanley has been hitting the ball hard with nothing to show for it. I expect him to break out very soon.

Shaw is making Pablo a complete no-issue. The guy doesn't wast any ABs and he is a much better fielder than I had expected him to be.

Pedroia is heating up.

Bogaerts is heating up.

Betts is getting in a groove.

David Ortiz continues to be great.

It was a very disappointing game today, but there are a lot of bright spots. I think this team will go on a run on the road.

Farrell also doesn't know what he meant.

I don't think you are overreacting at all. The money this man is getting to have 4 starts and 2 of them absolutely horrible is concerning. Yes the season is still young but this damn sure doesn't make me feel comfortable. We aren't giving hI'm this kind of money to be good every 2nd game. Our rotation outside of Price so far has been a massive question mark. Price is suppose to be that one guy we feel comfortable with when he starts and so far I don't.

Four of the team's losses can be pinned on what are supposed to be the team's three best pitchers (Price, Koji, Kimbrel). It's still early, but that is concerning to say the least.
