I always hated when managers pulled my starting pitcher after 5.2 innings, and it seemed to happen a lot.

Tomas and Pagan? Yes. Cain and McCutchen are off to slow starts. Altuve's probably #1 in stats, and I've also found life in JT Realmuto.
