In all fairness, I don't pull the race card often. No one should be happy about good Red Sox players going to the Yankees, and no Red Sox fans should consider Jeter their favorite player. Those are the only times I can think of that I have used it :P

He'll be my favorite player in 2014. Especially when he's hitting .210 with virtually no range at SS.

I have to laugh that when a poster doesn't fall in line with the conventional wisdom Red Sox Nation, posters jump to the conclusion that he must be a Yankee fan. It's like the people that put the tag "miracle" on everything they can't understand or explain. LOL!!

I've been reading with more detail SS's posts and I still don't understand all this crusade and bullying against him. While he talks about baseball (you can agree or disagree), posters attack him. This must stop. If they do not like his posts, ignore him.

The problem is that some people here not only don't understand the difference between a personal attack and the deconstruction of an argument, but they also feel the need to stick their noses in the mud and turn the whole shebang into a clusterf***. In iortiz' case, there's a lot of stuff he doesn't understand the meaning of, then not only does he misinterpret, but he also creates a fight by turning it personal. If SoxSport gets called out on the dumb s*** he says and it doesn't bother him, it shouldn't bother iortiz and a700. They seem to have a crusade as the "protectors of Talksox" and instead end up creating what little tension you see on the site anymore. Mind your own business, and read others' comments for what they are. Case closed.

"Virtually?" You're so kind, they should erect a statue in your name. I mean, besides Jeter at SS of course.

That would be an interesting study. How many more hits does Jeter prevent compared to an actual statue?

There's a difference between attacking and disagreeing.

The Yankees fan comment is dumb though.

I think he said something like "the MF Yankees whatever... I think that the MF thing speaks by itself LOL.

Again, I agree and disagree at times with him, but this crusade against him is getting ridiculous.

The only problem I have with him is that he doesn't defend his arguments from the responses of other people. He just repeats his original point. It's almost like he has the entire board on ignore.

I wanted to say that, but thought it would sound snippy coming from me.

Not many of his posts stand out in my mind, but I was interested what he had to say to my response to his claim that Drew at 1/9 was a bad signing. He just kept posting along the lines of "don't sign Drew," with minor alterations and of course no new points that addressed any of mine.

You are the least indicated to say this. You have had problems with almost every poster in this board since your personal attacks. Your "Reading comprehension, common sense, you are an idiot" ******** rhetoric that you have used to claim yourself better than other posters needs to stop. For once and for all you must understand that this is about opinions and nobody holds the entire true. Said that, every time you behave nasty, I will call you out. Count on that, brah.

A few of us have noticed that pattern of his. It's like he is constantly dropping the mic.

"Why are we all talking about the Yanks?" Walks away.

Comes back hours later. "Did you hear what ESPN said about the Yanks?"

Then ignore him, why bother?

I tend to. We're just saying why others have trouble ignoring it. Personally, I don't find screaming at a wall to be a fun hobby.

I do it for the comedy.

Huh?

Sounds like he was trying to say, "You are the least inclined to say this," but I don't know what he was responding to make him say that. Was it about calling out SoxSport? If it was then that sentence still makes no sense.

Maybe the least indicated to say this?

Probably I should have wrote "the least indicated..." LOL! No problem, I'll take note.

Anyway, Because he said "mind your own business... Thing that he obviously doesn't follow.

This.

I need more entertainment, it better be worth the wait.

I hope he's working on better material. The build up could kill his joke.

"You are the least indicated to say this," is not only grammatically wrong, but it's redundantly confusing. Indicated is a past tense verb, and since you said used "you are" it started in the present tense, so you shouldn't switch tenses. Also, to indicate is to point something out. To say means to communicate. Even in the proper tense your sentence would have meant, "You are the least to point out to communicate this." Makes zero sense. Use a different word than indicate.

I know you are not a native speaker, so don't take this the wrong way. I'm an English major, so I love reconstructing sentences.
